A good idea: Semi fasting

I discovered a new diet. Rather than eating three times a day, it is possible to eat only once a day. You just eat well once per day. I discovered dinners were the best time to eat for several reasons. After dinner, you will go to sleep and you will have time to digest without being stressed. Also, during the night, this is when the blood sugar level is the lowest. Let me remind you the blood sugar level trend during a 3 meals day for an healthy person. As you can see in the picture below, meals are the biggest trigger of blood glucose increase and insulin blood level increase. If we remove 2 meals from the following picture, two peaks have to be deleted. Thus, it leaves only one glucose blood level peak during the day.
