As a candida sufferer, i have noticed that i was hyper sensitive to what happened around me. When we are a candida sufferer, stress is really unsolicited. There is no room for people who could put pressure on you. There is also no room for people who could be negative about you. In fact, in my case, all negative speeches were emphasized. It was very important to choose my relatives. Unfortunately, many people around me, didn’t understand that i could be sick without a pale skin or a weak voice.
You have to protect yourself from people who could generate stress that could impact your life. Your health is the most important. Considering that you are not healthy, you have to do everything to protect your body whatever the relationship you have with people surrounding you.
The problem then, is that you may be dependent on someone if you feel tired. It is important to try to be as independent as possible & meet a small number of people.
I think everybody can do something to protect its life. One will need to distance himself from family & some friends. Another will need to find an online job to be independent.
Adapt your life
it is important to adapt your life to your disease. Unfortunately, the practitioners don’t advise about it. However, it is something to do before going to the practitioner. You cannot have a normal life if you suffer from a candida infection. You need to do everything to have a healthy & stress free life. Healthy people can travel a lot, meet lots of people, work a lot & be very active. You can’t. In this context, it is important not to interact with lots of people & choose the most respectful people around you.
In my case, i have done everything to find a job online. I stopped chatting with many friends on facebook. I stopped going to people who just put pressure on me. I have noticed something quite impressive. After leaving someone who put pressure on me (many questions on me, didn’t understand why i could not do sports, why i was not more active…), it took me 8 days to feel free from this pressure.
Learn to have no empathy:
If somebody was negative close to my place, it directly affected me. I have trained myself to have no empathy. In order to help i stopped watching anything negative or reading negative news.
