Testimonial with low carb diet

It is been now 2 years that i am on a low carbohydrates diet. It means that i eat less than 8 grams of carbohydrates per 100 gr at each lunch.

My diet is very simple

I eat a lot of:

  • Beef meat
  • Poultry
  • Fish
  • Sea food
  • Pork
  • Green vegetables
  • Eggs
  • Coconut
  • Lemon
  • Cheese (any kind of)
  • nuts


  • Shallot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Oregano

I drink:

  • Green tea
  • White wine
  • Red wine
  • Water
  • coconut milk
  • Soja milk
  • lemon juice

I don’t eat:

  • Starchy vegetables (including rice,beans, peas)
  • pre-made cooked food
  • Fruits
  • Bread and everything like bread
  • Any kind of wheat (including spelt wheat, wheat flour, buckwheat flour,corn starch…)
  • cakes
  • Sweets
  • Sugar
  • sweetened products


I really don’t drink:

  • Beer
  • Soda
  • Fruit juices
  • Milk

I found this diet was the best to fight candida. From what i have seen there is no room for error. One should stick to this diet without increasing the number of carbs. When i started this diet, it was difficult because i felt sugar cravings. Then after stopping sugar, i felt high carb craving. Then i felt stimulants craving. Then, i felt general food craving. I lately understood it was important to stay away from WHEAT and STARCHY FOOD. There is no good wheat. I tried all kind of bread, all kind of wheat in food and all kind of starchy food. They all resulted in making the brain fogness stronger.
